We offer free standard UK shipping. To receive your helmet in time for Christmas make sure you order by the 20th December. If you decide to pay for Next Day delivery order by the 21st December.
For orders outside the UK shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Christmas orders should be placed before the 17th December.
Regular shipping timings:
Your order will be dispatched the same day if it is placed before 4pm or the next working day if it’s made after this time. (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays).
Standard, tracked UK delivery: Free (2-5 working days).
Next Day, tracked UK delivery: £5.20
Standard European delivery: £6-£10 depending on destination country excluding any import VAT and customs duties (see below).
Express is 1-3 days delivery to EU countries, economy is 2-5 days.
We do not currently ship outside of the UK and European Union.
Customs and Import Charges
Outside of the UK, in addition to the postage fees above, you may be charged import taxes, duties and/or handling fees when the package reaches your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our control and we cannot predict what the cost will be.
If any parcels are returned to us because the duty and tax charges are higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct any costs we may incur from your refund.
Please note Newlane helmets have been tested and certified to EN1078 - The European Standard. Newlane helmets are therefore only intended for countries that recognise the EN 1078 safety standard. Use outside these countries will be at your own risk and we disclaim all liability thereto.
Returns and Exchanges
We know you will love your Newlane helmet, but just in case you don't, orders can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days from the delivery date, sale items excluded.
For Christmas purchases made after 25th October 2024, we have extended the returns period. From this date we will accept returned items up until January 15th 2025.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and still have the tag attached. Also the box and frosted bag must be undamaged. For security reasons, refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase.
Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
You can return a helmet using our returns portal here or by emailing customerservice@wearenewlane.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then send you the details for your return shipment. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Please wrap your package carefully to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in the returns process as we won’t be able to exchange or refund damaged products.
If the return/exchange falls outside of the 30 days period, the items are affected by any of the previously mentioned defects, or they are not in their complete and original packaging, Newlane cannot accept the returned products and cannot give a refund.

Cancellation Terms
If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible. If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process above.
