All EU orders are shipped from within Europe. VAT is included in all prices. No additional customs fees or import duties will be charged on delivery.
Shipping Availability We currently ship to the United Kingdom and European Union only.
Certification Newlane helmets are tested and certified to EN 1078 the European safety standard for cycling helmets.
Returns and Exchanges We offer a 30 day return period from the date of delivery excluding sale items. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return use our returns portal here or email customerservice@wearenewlane.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault please contact us at customerservice@wearenewlane.com with your order details and photos where possible.
Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed we may not be able to stop the shipment. If your order has already shipped it can be returned following the process above.
Warranty All Newlane helmets come with a one year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you experience an issue please contact us with your order number and details of the problem. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse accidents normal wear and tear or unauthorised modifications. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
